The Tippecanoe School Corporation Board of School Trustees welcomes new member Brad Anderson to represent District 7, which covers Jackson and Randolph townships. He was elected to the seat that Steve Chidalek held for two terms.
Anderson is an assistant chief and paramedic for the Purdue University Fire Department. The McCutcheon High School graduate earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree from Purdue Global. He and his wife Amarah have three children in TSC schools.
“My decision to run for school board was based on a desire to be involved in the educational decisions that impact my children,” says Anderson. “I would like to continue to support the faculty, staff and students of the TSC, ensuring that every student has access to the best available educators, technology and facilities. Recruiting, retaining and developing our teachers, as well as providing them the resources needed to be effective should be top priorities.”
